I'm not sure if I know how to post this, but I'll try. If it works, isn't she adoreable??? :-) What can I say, I love the grandbabies!! Just wish I could see ALL of them more often!!

Lots of Babies

Christmas 2007
I bought all three babies a Christmas bear with the year on it... thought it might be a nice keepsake to have a bear with the year of their birth on it. I can't believe how cute they all are! Jacob's hair is the same color as his bear. Elizabeth is probably going to be the fashion queen; her and her bear chose to wear matching outfits. Kaylin... well she looks a little overwhelmed... those bears are a lot bigger than her and there are two of them!!

Three New Little Ones
Wow, I can't believe what my children have done this year! Three new little ones in just over two months. Elizabeth and Kaylin are almost "twin cousins"!! I haven't gotten to see them in person yet, but am certainly looking forward to doing so. When I saw JACOB in August, I almost cried when I had to come home. I could have sat and held that little baby boy all days long... LOL, which is probably just one of the reasons Jamie didn't seem too sad when it was time for me to leave!
I am flying out to see Ricky, Melissa and KAYLIN next month for Thanksgiving and am hoping that Mark, Sam and ELIZABETH are able to be there as well. I am looking forward to posting cute little stories about the adventures of these three as they grow older. :-)

Our Little Talker
So, my little granddaughter NEVER stops talking. I love it! Annabelle will follow me around the house talking non-stop the whole time. Some of the things she says crack me up! This story is really going to embarrass her in a few years, but I can't resist posting it here. It was halarious to me!
She was sitting in the bathroom going potty with the door open just talking her pretty little head off, so I decided to start typing everything she said. Here is what she was saying:
"Hey! That apple juice worked! My poo is soft... but now it's little.
It's not that big. It was big... but it cracked open when it was coming down my bottom. Now my poo is a lot of little pieces."
She then yells, "Grandma, thank you for giving me that apple juice...
cause it didn't hurt when all of those little pieces of poo came out!"
She rattles on about great matters of importance such as this all day long. Do I get tired of listening? Never!!

Just Another Day
Here are a few pictures of the girls playing at McDonald's. Funny that Kathy and Nina flew all the way from Iceland to see me and go play at McDonald's. But Nina looks like she's having so much fun that this alone would have been worth the trip!

The next day we took the girls to Chucky Cheese and had so much fun! When Chucky cam out and danced around Nina got up there and was just rocking out. She had everyone in the place cracking up...she loved it! Which surprised both Kathy and I because she is afraid of almost everything!! But for some reason a six foot giant dancing mouse doesn't bother her at all.

Hi, My Name is Teresa, and I'm an Addict
They're All Here!!
Finally, both of my granddaughters are here together again! This is so fun. Annabelle came in a couple weeks ago and Nina and Kathy flew in Monday night. The girls are already having fun and playing together. We're going to go to the beach soon and I'll post more pictures then.

Happy Birthday Annabelle!
For her birthday she got to go to Chucky Cheese with Me, Grandma Pat, Jenna, Jeff, Carol and her grandkids. You can see how miserable it was for her! :)
Did I mention that she got a few thousand presents or so? She's not spoiled one single bit! She just really does need all of those things.
Here's her four princess's cake. Thank goodness I convinced her that's the cake she wanted and not the ugly old Sponge Bob one.
I guess when you're a kid thousands of presents, cake, pizza, and playing all day gets a little tiring. Life must be hard sometimes.

Morning Madness
Well, Annabelle was really sluggish this morning, which put me about ten minutes behind my schedule. No problem, I'm always super early for work anyway. When we finally got to the car and I finally got her to sit still and let me strap her in, I go around to the other side and as I'm getting in, I notice that I've spilt my coffee on my white blouse. No problem... I'm always early.
So, I get her out (which is really a hassel because she is sluggish at the times I want her to hurry and wiggly when I want her to be still). I go back in the house and freshen up my coffee and change blouses. I grabbed the first one that was handy. I get back to the car, strap her in, and as I walk around to my side, I realize that I really don't like the shirt I put on.
So, I get her back out, go in, change, chase her down and drag her back to her car seat (by which time she is NOT in the least bit sluggish), and strap her in and take her to day care. When I get her to day care, after I upstrap her and help her out, I ask her if she'll hold her hot chocolate while I turn off her TV and get her doll and blanky. I accomplish this and then turn back around and she's crying.
I ask her what is wrong as I'm trying to get her to budge from her position and head towards the door; she doesn't want to move. So, I pick her up, she explains to me that I have made her "very sad". She wanted strawberry milk today!! I had to promise her she can have an ice cream sandwich when we get home today. Want to bet she doesn't forget that promise??

Stories that Make me Smile
Annabelle threw a tantrun yesterday, I think it's because she was so tired, but I've never seen her do that before. I just stayed calm and dealt with it. After about fifteen minutes she came in and told me she was sorry and that she was just a little bit cranky, but that she was NOT tired!
On the plane ride to California Annabelle and I were eating the crackers tehy handed out. Then when Annabelle was done with hers she leaned over to me and said "Jesus would like it if you shared your crackers with me." It cracked me up! Well on Monday I gave her an ice cream sandwich and when I started to eat mine I told her that I was super hungry and asked if I could have hers too. She said no so I told her Jesus would want her to share with me. She then told me "Jesus wants you to get another one from the fridgerator." She cracks me up!!

Magic Pancakes
When my kids were little I used to make little dollar sized pancakes for them and dye them all different kinds of colors. When they asked how I did it I'd just tell them that the batter pours out that way. My kids LOVED it! So I did it for Annabelle the other day. She just smiled and told me I was "a funny Grandma", and then she ate the whole plate.
What's a Book?
Annabelle does something really cute. She has a book that I read to her called "Put me in the Zoo". It's really cute because she almost has the entire book memorized, and what she doesn't know she just ad-libs. When I read it to her I change the voices and she she does it the same way. It's adorable.
Grandma came over the other night and I wanted to show her how smart Annabelle is. So I got out the book and asked Annabelle to read it to me. Then she got this goober looking expression on her face like she had no comprehension of what a book even is, much less knowledge of what the book is about! That little twerp! No matter how hard I tried to get her to "read" it to Grandma Pat she just kept that goofy look on her face. We were cracking up!

Christmas Eve 2006
Here are pictures of Annabelle on Christmas Eve. I have to watch her constantly! She actually opened a present when I wasn't looking that morning.
Jenna and Annabelle working on their gingerbread house. Looks like Jenna is putting it together while Annabelle is taking it apart.
